At 9.00 am a few months ago, my tyre blew a few feet from Silverbrookes. I spoke to Lewis who agreed he would order a new tyre and that my car would be ready by 2.00 pm. After explaining that I had travelled from Oxford to see friends who were poorly, and to visit the family grave, he immediately got onto the supplier to order the tyre which meant the car was ready at 11.00 am. His expertise, helpfulness and customer service were excellent. Highly recommended.
